We continuously operate towards a vision “to provide the right seafarer, at the right cost, at the right place and at the right time.” Our services include the following basic crewing coordination and processes.

  • Selection and deployment of recruited and accepted crew
  • Management of Rotation Plans for enhanced efficiency of crew retention
  • Documentation processing including crew pre-medical employment examinations, contract and flag state processing
  • Travel coordination including applicable visa applications
  • Training and career development coordination
  • Allotment handling coordination
  • Family and welfare program coordination

We adhere to the belief that “our seafarers’ success is our success”. To be able to mutually benefit to the above processes, following are the guidelines on the various coordination procedures that shall remind our seafarers for the proper stream of transaction during your visit at Wilhelmsen.

  • Crewing Officers and Crewing Assistants are seafarers’ one point contact prior commencement of any transactions related to crewing and the operations related to pre-embarkation and disembarkation of seafarers.
  • Contract signing of seafarers are scheduled from 09:00 to 12:00.
  • Off-signers are scheduled to report at 13:00 to 17:00
  • All seafarers are encouraged to observe proper dress code while at the premises of Wilhelmsen Crewing Philippines. Officers to wear polo and slacks. Ratings to wear shirt with collar and slacks or jeans.
